How far is your hotel from the boat docking at the end of Li river cruise?

Hello Wilson, It is not far from our hotel to the boat docking at the end of Li river cruise. Walk to our hotel it will take about 5 to 10 minutes.
1) We might be interested in staying at the River View Grand next year. We are a family of four (two adults and two children age 8 and 10). Does the Deluxe Family Room sleep 4 persons?
2) Does the Deluxe Family Room have a balcony?
3) Is the Deluxe Family Room the best/biggest room? Or do you have a suite available?

Hello Heidi, There are a big bed and small single bed in the deluxe family room. And the deluxe family room have a balcony with river view. It is the biggest and best room. If you would like to stay together in the deluxe famlily room. we can put another mattress in the room. And we do not have a suite rooms available.

Promotional rates
What are the exact dates that the promotional rates are NOT good for? Please be specific. I just received quotes for twice the promotional rate for the fall travel time.
